Do we have place for the hobbit in San Juan Bautista! The Hobbit can come over to my house any time and sweep 'till his little heart's content!

Katie,
knowing what I know...this makes my job so much sweeter. You write so beautifully and I am engaged with every word. My little favorite nephew is so smart and cute even when he has a tantrum!!!!!!

What a great story Katie. I want a zebra broom now, and I don't even like sweeping. What a lovely little guy you have there.

And by the way, it's a good thing you didn't waste your time writing about Colombia/Venezuela/Ecuador. They worked it out by themselves. Details are still sketchy, but it appears that Venezuela allowed Colombia to have their zebra broom, and Colombia returned it to the back stairs (in Ecuador) where it belonged. Then everyone stopped crying and shook hands.

Ha ha ha! Great story, Katie. As parents, we think our job is to teach our children stuff. But maybe just as often, it's the other way around.

And... a hammer? He cleans with a hammer. Awesome.
